How to prepare for the medical examination

Valid passport or identity card

Your driver's license will not be accepted, so please make sure you bring your passport or ID card.

Glasses or contact lenses

If you wear glasses or contact lenses, bring them with you. If you use contact lenses, remember to bring a container as well.

Pilot's logbook

Please bring your flogbook with you for review during the examination.

Previous medical certificate

If you have a previous medical certificate, please bring it with you for reference.

Recipe for glasses

Always carry your eyeglass prescription with you, as it is required for each examination.

Medical reports or medical records

If you have any relevant medical reports or records, please be sure to bring them with you.
